So I've taken on an art project of epic proportions. I recently learned how to make molds and cast resin sculptures. I plan on making a series of 3 and 3/4" scale non-poseable "inaction figures" (Not actually toys, but rather objet d'art) called The Micro Nerdz, based on various archetypes found across the interwebz such as B-Tard, Otaku, Tartlet, ect...

Their bodies will be made of opaque colored resin while their heads and chest pieces will be painted with gold or silver chrome, in the style of the old Micronauts toys. In essence, a nostalgic reference to the playthings of our youth, but at the same time, an artistic commentary on current internet culture.
